By purchasing from Blackroom, you agree to the following terms.
All beats remain the intellectual property of Blackroom unless an Exclusive License explicitly transfers ownership according to its agreement.
Each purchase grants only the rights included in the selected license.
Customers may not:
- Resell the beat.
- Redistribute the beat.
- Claim authorship or production credits.
- Transfer the license to another person without written permission.
Exclusive licenses remove the beat from future public sale, but previous licensed customers retain the rights granted under their original licenses.
Blackroom reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
